Returns


You have THREE calendar days to return an item

from the date you received it. The date of delivery.


 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused

and in the same condition that you received it.


 Your item must be in the original packaging.


 Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of

purchase.


We offer 3 days from the day of delivery of your items to

communicate a problem with the item to us and start a return.


We will only accept returns of damaged goods. We do not

accept size exchange or any other returns.


There will be no returns past the 3-day period after

delivery. To start a return process, please contact our support within 3 days


of receiving your order. We do not accept returns of

sealed goods such as but not limited to face masks, bathing suits, underwater,

etc.


Due to health and hygiene reasons unless you never opened

the package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping a return.


Unless otherwise deemed appropriate by our support. The

return address will be on the delivery package.


However please DO NOT start a return without first

contacting our support. If your return was issued, you will be refunded within

10 days after we receive your package.


Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you

that we have received your return. 


We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund

after inspecting the item.


 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund

to your credit card (or original method of payment).


 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of

days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
